Farm to Table.


So, here we have Farm to Table…  I would like to share this video with you about Chef Dan Barber of Blue Hill Farm in Massachusetts.  He’s been in the spotlight about creating a cuisine that is centered around the farmer.  He, as do I, hold farmers in high regard.  I do everything I can to NOT screw up the fantastic foods that they spent months toiling over.  Less is more.  Let the fantastic food speak for itself.  And while you’re at it, Google Dan and see all the great work he’s doing.
