Farm to Table

Farm to fork, Farm to table, Farm to my mouth… Whatever you call it, it’s simply having fresh food prepared and consumed as close to the harvest time as possible. This of course implies local. One day, Dave brought by some heirloom tomatoes and arugula. A star was born. Nothing too fancy. A simple arugula pesto and fresh buffalo mozzarella anchored our farm fresh friends. Sea salt, cracked pepper and olive oil rounded it all out.  As you can see, the orders started rolling in for this hot tamale.
